Skiing in the Big Bay Area
There is excellant cross country skiing through the woods all around Big Bay.
For those who want groomed trails, the trails at Sauk Head Lake are kept in perfect condition.
Since this is an Olympic Training Facility for our USA teams, the trails are mostly difficult to advanced, but the views are incredible.
For those who want down hill skiing and snow boarding, there is Marquette Mountain. See
